What we offer
We offer tailor-made mentoring, coaching and professional growth opportunities for both leaders and kaiako. We encourage a culture of continual professional growth through processes that connect to individual passions and interests. Passion inspires learning. Passion is also contagious, and when we focus on what we are curious about through PGC inquiry, it is likely to create a vibrant learning space for kaiako, tamariki and whānau.
Leader Appraisal/Professional Growth Cycle and Teacher Certification
We offer a process that is both meaningful and motivating for Kaiarataki/leaders and Kaiako.
Access to our Professional Learning Networks included.
When Kaiarataki have been part of the mentoring process over time then their Educating Hearts and Minds Kaiāraihi can support them through their ERO review.
Mentoring/Coaching/
Professional Growth Cycle
Individual mentoring/coaching for kaiako and or leaders.
This is a partnership in learning as our Professional Growth Kaiārahi support kaiako and leaders to continue to stretch and grow their professional practice.
All professional growth cycles/appraisals are based on the Professional Standards, Tātaiako, Tapasā, and Educational Leadership Capability Framework and underpinned by Te Whāriki. Te Whāriki is a curriculum for all—a standing place for kaiako, tamariki and whānau.
Kanohi ki te kanohi, online conferencing, or online support hours can be varied to ensure you get the right dose of professional support.
