There are two inspiring wānanga. You could attend one or both, or get the discount and share the enrolment with a friend.
Collective Effervescence 10am - 12noon
This wānanga focuses on strategies that you can use to continue building a strong teaching team. Growing communication leads to collective effervescence, which is key to building resilient teaching teams. Leave this wānanga with tools and resources to share with your teams that will strengthen the communication needed for quality improvement to grow continually.The wānanga gives you the resources for any team-building hui you might plan for 2025 with your kaiako/colleagues.
Talking Together 12:30 - 2:30pm
This wānanga focuses on oral language development. Oral language is a hot topic at the moment, so let’s talk about it. There will be a focus on supporting language through a play-based curriculum and the intentionality of kaiako. The wānanga will dive into Te Korerorero and Kōwhiti Whakapae resources and beyond to give you some tools and inspiration.
